Alina! Missed your show last week because I was at the beach - fun! This week I'm going to miss your show because I have to take my mom to the doctor - misery. Hopefully next week I'll be at home where I belong, listening to your show!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:08pm
Granny Spicy Tuna (they/them):

Got the fire going, the baby is in the pot, just add onions!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:10pm
Granny Spicy Tuna (they/them):

i am a total Grinch and can't wait for the hollerdaze to just go away, so i suggest "The Grinch Who Stole Xmas" and "A Charlie Brown Xmas."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:10pm
Jan Turkenburg:

As a kid I was forced to watch The Sound Of Music almost each year. So that one's at the bottom of my list

Marty Wilde from the Wilde brood of musicians like Kim and Ricky! Marty and Ricky did some killer junk shop glam singles--Marty under Zappo w/ Rock And Roll Crazy and Ricky with Teen Wave.

A Christmas Carol, the old one, is the movie I remember

arb:

@ursula, thanks, I'm gonna check all that out, sounds great!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:18pm
Granny Spicy Tuna (they/them):

KC Jews sounds like a fascinating secret cult. I was brought into the world up by hippies in Lawrence, KS, which explains a lot.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:18pm
chresti:

A more rational kind of cult..

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:26pm
chresti:

My parents were not, by any stretch, churchy people, although they sent us to an Episcopalian church on Sundays, to get us out of the house when we were young
  1:26pm
Martinibomb:

Black masking tape loosely on. I found this hairy piece fabric so I cut some holes in it and wrapped my dog up and put horn on him - my wife is outta town sent her a photo lol
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:29pm
Granny Spicy Tuna (they/them):

Lawrence ain't bad. Didn't stay there long, though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:31pm

Ursula1000:

My father-in-law is also a Bernstein from KC! Relocated to Miami in the early 70s and has been there ever since. When we go to KC to see my wife's uncles I do love hitting Freddy's---love the smashed burgers they do in that neck of the woods---and custards! yum.
Avatar 1:37pm
arb:

I've never been to Freddy's, smashed burgers sound like they'd go good with throwed rolls
Avatar 1:40pm
Ursula1000:

My wife's grandma lives in the boonies in Missouri and there's some joint called Lambert's Cafe that's known for throwing rolls! haha What part of Florida did they relocate to? I grew up in Miami Beach of all places.

Avatar 1:57pm

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:58pm
Granny Spicy Tuna (they/them):

Eddie's human was often seen carrying the cat back home from one or another neighbor's place. His collar had the phone # and we all used it!
