I need to look for it, but I have a CD by some crazy person which seems to be a conscious riff on the Music to Suffer By album, including Rats. I can't immediately recall the title, but I think it was either the 90s or early 2000s.
Wouldn't be surprised if I initially saw it on either yours or Fab's blog.
