	♥ 2:40pm Franco Twinkie: Okay, here is my desert tip for the day: At this time of the year I always buy way to much fruit. Some of it starts turning into primordial ooz right before my eyes. So, before it starts to ferment, I throw it in a sauce pan with a good lashing of brandy, and then light it up! Not all the alcohol burns, off so you can get a little kick when you dump it on ice dream. Also, it is effectively preserved until you can figure out what to do with the rest.

So, before it starts to ferment, I throw it in a sauce pan with a good lashing of brandy, and then light it up! Not all the alcohol burns, off so you can get a little kick when you dump it on ice dream. Also, it is effectively preserved until you can figure out what to do with the rest.
