The Penultimate Show
PGB got to do the second-to-last show out of the East Orange studio. Rich Hazleton needed his sleep so he could direct one half the the big move. Here's what his fill-in played in honor of that.

Klarinettpolka
We're living in the end times. There is flooding in Texas, hurricanes all over, buildings burning down on the old campus, and the image of John Tesh keeps appearing on my breakfast cereal box. We're getting out just in time. Don't you think so, Frank O'Toole?
Let's get started.

The Darress Theatre in Boonton has been running some silent films with live organ accompianment. I saw Wings (1927) and Fritz Lang's Metropolis. I was able to record the latter. It's quite an impressive feat to play the organ to a movie for 90 minutes or more. I selected a section of the movie with the following scenes:
The Transformation of Maria
Fredersen & Futura Embrace
The Incitement to Riot
Hedonism
Ralph Ringstad Live at the Darress Theatre: Metropolis (1926)
