Listener comments!
My wife shouted, as I switched on the radio right at the start of the show :-).
So happy the US is back with the rest of the world to try and save the panet.
!
Thanks for shout out!!
Love ya brother!
As of going to sleep last night nothing too horrible happened yesterday!
I watch the proceedings by alternating from C-SPAN which was very meditative
Or through a presentation designed for younger viewers which was full of interesting facts and positive discussion.
Don’t get me wrong, I love when Clay plays the Talking Heads,
I had just had enough of them a long time ago and realized I didn’t need any commentary in order to experience reality.
Unsurprisingly, that ended up being a theme of the day.
If y'all need a target for your ire, there's always Ted Cruz. Seems our Canadian Support Friend, Seth Rogen is getting in some good ones on Cruz.
And many happy returns of the day to you!
Everything I saw jumped from the 1st order, which was the mask mandate to the 3rd order, which was re-entering the climate agreement.
The 2nd order was harder to explain in 10 seconds, but that is also because it is really interesting.
If you have some time, I recommend checking out “Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government” language on the White House webpage.
At first, I was reading and thought, well this is some toothless aspirational language, but then as I got down further, I realized:
Due to the systems this executive order puts in place., this document was going to be leading a lot of the decision making and steering it as well.
Something powerful and cool, largely ignored by the 24 hour news cycle:
https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/01/20/executive-order-advancing-racial-equity-and-support-for-underserved-communities-through-the-federal-government/
Hey, YB! How great to have a friendly voice waiting!
SO FAR SO GOOD:
2 two days at school, now two days at home.
It would’ve been three days at school this week but Monday was supposed to be their day.
Next week will be like this week except Wednesday Thursday and Friday will be at home, then the week after that only Thursday and Friday will be at home
Wednesday is the pivot.
The school used the all the extra time to get everything ready that they could and it seems to be working very well
Yeah dude!!!
Even though I had read the playlist, I read it as Sleepy Holiday not Steady Holiday.
Amanda Gorman, only 22 years old, took us higher:

We missed out on the real deal not electing him. Imagine a world where he was president instead of Trump. Our lives would be radically improved. <3 Bernie
MORE SAM DAMN IT
PULL !!
Give us Morphine!!!
Ronnie Spector escaped too.
Lest you think I'm exaggerating: live.staticflickr.com...
I think that would have been a sketchy n scarey situation.
Pidge, thank god for your morning show, I woke up feeling horrible this morning, and really needed this :) <3
so fred doesn't do the 'wahhh wahhh' part, it was all harry. cool.

We had some fun tidal races in Maine this year, too, Dale.
my favorite singing drummer of all time!
Dale that was probably 1973. That concept didn’t exist on that mountain back then.
Greetings Glisteners!
