Actually, that was early enough that my brain hadn't grasped it all yet, and when they canceled it I thought, "Oh, good! Now we can go to the Eyelids waffle breakfast and show at Monty Hall!" Because I'm an idiot, you see.

This will last another half hour or so before she heads for the bed.

	10:04am Handy Haversack: βrian, she's eighteen and weird as a weird-dollar bill, but she's a sweet little thing. Calico. Her first five years, only Kate could even touch her but she refused all human affection and would only bond with the other cats. Then there were maybe four years of liking Kate but hating all other people. Then she decided she loved me. And now she's super social, always the first cat to come in to greet guests. She will (would) hang out for hours when come (came) over, and she's always with us in the evenings. She weighs five pounds and when we took her in from the back yard had chlamydia and gonorrhea. Looked like someone had been chewing a piece of Big Red gum and then just jammed it in her eye. But Kate nursed her back for months and saved the eye.

Her first five years, only Kate could even touch her but she refused all human affection and would only bond with the other cats. Then there were maybe four years of liking Kate but hating all other people. Then she decided she loved me. And now she's super social, always the first cat to come in to greet guests. She will (would) hang out for hours when come (came) over, and she's always with us in the evenings. She weighs five pounds and when we took her in from the back yard had chlamydia and gonorrhea. Looked like someone had been chewing a piece of Big Red gum and then just jammed it in her eye. But Kate nursed her back for months and saved the eye.
