Nah it's farmed in Norway. There's wild lake salmon but it's expensive to me.

I prefer the farmed... it's a bit fattier than the wild salmon.

I prepare my salmon the way my Grandma Hollywood used to: glaze with lemon juice, honey, and butter. Cover with almonds or pecans. Place lemon wedges all around and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Then bake the next day :)

We have plenty of farmed salmon here, lots of farms, thanks to the high tides in this area it keeps the pens cleaner than they would be otherwise.

hmm I guess I was wrong about that wild lake salmon. you gotta fish it yourself of then buy it during summer... I probably read wrong in the shop. zander is good too.

Oh sounds good Andrew. I do cuts lenghtwise, put black- rose- and green pepper, salt, lemon juice and balsam vinegar.

Meghan - In my experience, the almond is a tough nut and does not get soggy. The pecan can wait until right before you bake. Great set :) this is my first time listening to your show
