coat with plenty of olive oil, garlic, some cajun seasoning & some cayenne. put in greased baking dish and slide into 385 degree oven until well browned. serve with fettucine & fresh parm/black pepper on top. voila dinner

CAD .... I had a friend in New York during the '80s, long gone now, but he was a roadie for The Lemon Pipers. He used to apologize for them being Bubblegum, but he did like them and the guys and had great road stories.
