Hi Andrew, i think the thinking was the stream is so new and many new DJs that we went with the group premium. And the fact that the skeleton staff already has to deal with so many other premiums between WFMU proper and drummer stream. Maybe next year

in the fall of 19 we had the honor of opening for love revisited and after soundcheck had the opportunity to chat w johnny echols and after the usual love your stuff you are very influential chit chat, he asked if we did any love songs. yes we do my flash on you but of course it's not in the set tonight....he insisted we add it! GULP! all the guys in the band made a point of watching our set and were graciously complimentary after. real gentlemen and a highlight in my "career"!!

I was very late to the "Forever Changes" party, and when I finally picked it up about 20 years ago I played it every day for a whole summer like a 12 year-old. "You Set the Scene" is so epic, holy god.

Whoever wrote the liner notes for the reissue pointed out that, except for a couple guitar parts, this is almost entirely an acoustic album. The horn and string arrangements are fabulous. That lone cello at the beginning....
