One year ago I became a victim of a troll before I knew what a troll was, what happened was when DJ's were setting up at home to broadcast for the first time one of them was muffled sounding, so I posted that she was, and For some unknown reason this troll posted a contradiction to my post saying that she sounded fine. And then he made a bizarre threat of literally banning me from a bagel shop. They say don't feed the trolls, but I didn't know that at the time and I made a mistake of ripping into him. Well that was a big mistake, because that just fueled him to go off and make all kinds of ridiculous obnoxious comments and mocking me like a fat drunken idiot kid, evading any kind of explanation of why he contradicted me . The worst part was is that the DJ let it go on and didn't banned the fool. It wasn't until later on I found out that they were chums and he was a big financial supporter of her show. Which just goes to show as always, if you have enough money you can get away with doing dirty.

What always surprises me listening to records like this one from Jo Stafford was how much time and effort went into making them, mostly live studio takes minus a lot of overdubbing or fixing or editing...and how many people were involved to make one track like this on an album. And the musicianship was superb - they all had to nail a song they had never read or played until that day in a continuous take and sound like they had been playing it for months.
