you are probably picking up the stream as well as your show, making a loop. It's most likely latency induced, as a loop between you and the stream would be much wider, interval-wise.

I think you've got a loop set up in your settings somehow. If it was you receiving and restreaming the stream, the delay would be much longer, methinks.
