	🚂 1:25pm βrian: A winter regular is potatoes/carrots tossed with olive oil, sea salt, red pepper flakes, and fresh rosemary. Roasted at 425. When we rehabilitate our fireplace, baked potatoes will be on the menu, for sure.

Also, she did an oral history volunteer project in Minneapolis in her college years with a Cambodian refugee family who had escaped -- fording rivers, dodging patrols, the whole deal -- with three children and four musical instruments. The mother told her about carrying three children at a time so the father could carry the instruments. The father brought them out and played them for her. But she can't right now remember the names of the instruments.

But she can't right now remember the names of the instruments.
