MORRICONE ISLAND is a weekly film and television soundtrack radio program on WFMU hosted by Devon E. Levins. The show was conceived in 2007 and transitioned over to WFMU in 2014. THE MORRICONE ISLAND INTERVIEWS podcast features the in-depth conversations with film and television music composers and the related soundtrack industry and fan community.

| Composer/jazz trumpeter Terence Blanchard discusses his Oscar-nominated score for Spike Lee's Netflix Vietnam war drama "Da 5 Bloods" and Tim Van Patten's HBO series "Perry Mason," the soundtracks for which will be available from Milan Records and WaterTower Music, respectively. Terence performed on Spike's soundtracks since 1988's "School Daze," scoring the majority of them since 1991's "Jungle Fever," including 2018's Oscar-nominated "BlacKkKlansman." He grew up in New Orleans with Wynton and Branford Marsalis before joining Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers in the 1980s and releasing over 20 albums as a bandleader or co-bandleader.
