The factory-style slaughtering of animals is a horror to my mind. So I only eat biological and local slaughtered meat and only now and then. I happen to like vegan foord a lot and I like my spicy bites on the plate to be varied and yes, meat-like if you will. Nothing wrong with that. There is no rule a vegan needs to abstain everything that even looks like meat. it is a principle, not a religion. (-;
