hi Mr. Pumpy! all is basically okay (foot still healing, but at least a bit easier to get around) -- and FINALLY was able to get the first vax shot, getting second on 5/28 (YAY! one less thing to stress out about!)

Slug, glad to hear of the improvement with the foot! Improvement is improvement, I think you know what I mean. YAY on the vax being in full swing! Not all that bad over here. I have been fully vaxxed for two weeks. My dad even earlier. I had a friend come over yesterday and help me rearrange an office space I took over since selling my place and moving in with my dad. We followed it up with a late lunch at this amazing fish market near me with a small (ten tables, half of them closed) restaurant in the back. It was the first time I saw my buddy, who is more like a brother, in almost 18 months, and the firs time I sat in a restaurant setting in just as long. It felt great! It didn't hurt that the food was amazing as well. So, good stuff quite recently. I'm trying to get back to work, but I still have my job...so that's alright as well.
