Favoriting June 5, 2021: Saxophonist, clarinetist, and flutist Marty Ehrlich is celebrating over 40 years in the nexus of creative music centered in New York City.
As a woodwind multi-instrumentalist passionate about improvisation and interpretation, he has performed, toured, and recorded with a who’s who of contemporary composers.

These Dark Woods pieces had Lindsey Horner and Abdul Wadud for the first piece, and then Erik Friedland and Mark Helias, with Don Alias on percussion, for the next two. The last piece, Mudpie Anthem, is composed by Mark Helias
