A staple of the Asbury Park music community, Renee Maskin's prolific output pulls from a deep well of influences, from country, to garage, to modern indie-rock. Her most recent LP,Shimmer, was named one of 2023’s National Top Albums by The Aquarian. She'll be joined by innovative violinist Nicole Scorsone of Yawn Mower, previously of The Bernie Worrell Orchestra and many others.There will also be an interview and a round of New Jersey Trivia with these very New Jersey Ladies.

Exploring the music and history of the beautiful Pinelands of central and southern New Jersey. An interview with Elaine Everett, the President of the Pinelands Cultural Society and Albert Music Hall. Field recording of Jackson Pines in the northern reach of the Pine Barrens; rare folk music by old time Pine Barrens musicians; and an on site interview with homesteaders and Pinelands influenced artists and musicians Jenny Mustachio and Daimon Alexandrius of Bone & Marrow.
