I remember seeing an amazing Japanese, Led Zeppelin tribute band at the Cat Club--they were called Cinnamon. The lead singer even had his hair permed and dyed blonde like Robert Plant's. I used to go to Continental Divide semi-regularly

Odd thing. One of my best memories of the 90s is dancing with a friend of mine (RIP) to the band that wrote Drivin' On 9. Coincidentally, that friend had lived in Boston and was an engineer on The Pixies Doolittle.
