	6:29am morphe': PCR Tests - traveling every month Madrid->NYC->Madrid .. Have my NYC Vac pass and shots 3-4 in Madrid for the EU papers but still need the PCR for each flight... Odd thing - the US has a non-healthcare system, but the PCR in NYC is free and Bellevue does a great job. Spain has an impressive/free healthcare system, but the 3 day PCR costs 150u$ ???? Madrid to NYC tomorrow 7Sept...Hooray!!!

Greek potato salad is olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and delicious. I like German potato salad. I have heard of Brazilian potato salad which sounds amazing, but I haven't had any yet.

I was (kind of what Dropof Goldensun is saying) a picky eater as a child* , until the revelation of having a cool neighbor cooking them the right (read: delicious) way, during a relaxed dinner to which he had invited me. and boom! turned out the stress of eating with my family was what was preventing me from trying things that my brain had not considered 'comfort food' already, before I could decide for myself. Realized how much I was missing out (especially shrooms :D) and it turned me into a culinary adventurous person (well that and the explosion of food-related content on the internet later on)

I was (kind of what Dropof Goldensun is saying) a picky eater as a child* , until the revelation of having a cool neighbor cooking them the right (read: delicious) way, during a relaxed dinner to which he had invited me. and boom! turned out the stress of eating with my family was what was preventing me from trying things that my brain had not considered 'comfort food' already, before I could decide for myself. Realized how much I was missing out (especially shrooms :D) and it turned me into a culinary adventurous person (well that and the explosion of food-related content on the internet later on)
