Ha ha, I actually did roll back into a standing position and kept running (after some delighted kids who sadly missed the potential lesson since they weren't facing me at the time). I did scrape my toe on the initial impact with the wall.

Well, I've always been a rather wild dancer, and I have practiced yoga, and when I was a kid I did a little bit of gymnastics. But most of that was firmly in the past when I tripped while rushing to enter a buildling. My body just somehow tucked and rolled and the momentum propelled me into a standing position and I continued into the building without missing a beat. It was completely unexpected! I wouldn't have thought I could have done that, and I certainly couldn't have done it intentionally!
