Don, It was sent to me as a new song!...but I know it was a demo for Apple in the late sixties!
Avatar 2:41pm

FFrom Psychedelic Baby Magazine

Former Bee Gee Vince Melouney is releasing ‘See The Sun In My Eyes’ a solo track that he originally recorded for Apple Records in 1969 but ended up giving to Ashton, Gardner and Dyke who he was producing in the basement studio at Apple during that time with George Harrison even attending a session.
Ashton, Gardner and Dyke don’t actually appear on the track, even though it was released as the b-side of their debut single ‘Maiden Voyage’ (things had became chaotic at Apple so it’s believed that Vince asked his previous label Polydor to release the AG&D single, which they did in 1969.

Vince has now reclaimed his track, remastered it and is releasing it to digital platforms on September 3.
