Instead parents regard it as a means of shuffling off their offspring to the care of others a certain number of hours a week ...& to incorporate the young human into the social order - let's face it. Like - @ its *most* functional - it aspires to send the youth on to *more* Skool - to amass unassailable & crippling debt - so the *most* able are helplessly subsumed by the money machine forever...
