Favoriting Cratedigger's Lung with Rich In Washington: Playlist from October 15, 2021 Favoriting

A three-hour exploration of excavations from the farthest reaches of humanity's hellish collective brain, through records, tapes, CDs, mostly scoured from country bumpkin thrift stores, creepy charity shops, backwoods junk stores, and even the internet - all mixed live. We don't judge, we just play 'em. Hosted by Rich in Washington.

Amplifying tuned sine-waves from a portable speaker while walking throughout the large empty rooms with two different recorders in both my hands. In one hand I used a new digital recorder and in the other hand an old cassette recorder. Side A is the clean digital version and Side B is the old cassette version. There are no effects or overdubs. Entire recording is one consistent recording of myself walking around this abandoned bunker."

Topographically, a record and a donut are equal. This will be proved in under nine minutes by our own Rich Lindsay on Cratedigger's Lung. (Who will also be throwing plates. Which are topographically equal to records)
