Fortunately, my wife and son have tested negative. So we are living the positive people upstairs, negative people downstairs lifestyle. We have ZERO clue how we caught it. It was a good 20 month healthy run during this pandemic. What ya gonna do?

The best moment was 2 lit dudes were leaving a house and told my daughter to go up to that house and ring the doorbell 10 times. Before I could stop my daughter she ran up the porch and rang the doorbell 10 times - hahaha. She got to do her first trick I guess.

'Eight Days a Week' directed by RonHoward regarded by the hardcore Beatletards - who had expectations for some definitive & revealing Documentary of TheBeatles' Live Touring Years - slackjawed in disappointment. Howard pulls a RonHoward Narrative out of it - & @ least it isn't a false one. Good for free @ PBS pledgtime is about its worth & speed... Yerknow - KenBurns or Scorsese it's not. W/out getting into detail...

Haynes shared that while there's a lot of VU audio there's not a whole lot of film from that era. What there is came from the art world not the music world ddin't have a lot of straight concert footage.
	1:41pm clarke: that said, i liked the VU film - it was daring to just show footage of their faces for a LONG time - no quick cutting, much, if that's what you were asking about.

So the slant it was a gloomy bitter slog was useful - & - strangely - not questioned in all this time ! It's taken TheBeatles themselves / their Estates... Half a Century to want to go thru the materials & finally do this. So it's a pretty big deal in terms of 'new' material.
	2:12pm Joe B: the original let it be film is not accurate. they should have let george quit, and either replaced him or carried on as a three piece. might have been some tension but the idea that lennon and mccartney hated each other in january of 1969 is off the mark. when this new footage shows that, there will be cries of revisionist history, but that is the way it was.

I'm fully vaxed and had a mild case of Covid at the start of the pandemic so, according to some medical people I've heard on another radio station (sorry for listening to other stations sometimes) I likely have better immunity than from the vaccine alone. I'm all for a booster when I'm eligible, but was inclined to decline it until the rest of the world gets access to their first shots. I've heard it argued that we are now providing significant number of doses to the rest of the world so that's not so much an issue any more.

So the slant it was a gloomy bitter slog was useful - & - strangely - not questioned in all this time ! It's taken TheBeatles themselves / their Estates... Half a Century to want to go thru the materials & finally do this. So it's a pretty big deal in terms of 'new' material.
	2:12pm Joe B: the original let it be film is not accurate. they should have let george quit, and either replaced him or carried on as a three piece. might have been some tension but the idea that lennon and mccartney hated each other in january of 1969 is off the mark. when this new footage shows that, there will be cries of revisionist history, but that is the way it was.

I'm fully vaxed and had a mild case of Covid at the start of the pandemic so, according to some medical people I've heard on another radio station (sorry for listening to other stations sometimes) I likely have better immunity than from the vaccine alone. I'm all for a booster when I'm eligible, but was inclined to decline it until the rest of the world gets access to their first shots. I've heard it argued that we are now providing significant number of doses to the rest of the world so that's not so much an issue any more.
