Charles Ives?! Oh boy this is gonna be interesting.

I'll be listening in the kitchen while cooking up some grub!

Ironybread, I have a bowl of Goober Peas and ready for Burl.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:29pm
chresti:

Hi ironybread and puzzlers!
Avatar 1:29pm
Buddy Runyan:

Good morning! I’ll be listening. Didn’t Burl Ives collaborate with Frank Luther?

Wlcm2thshw! Hi Oxford! Hi Rich! Hi Otis! Hi chresti! Hi Buddy! Hi Jan!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:31pm
ironybread:

Long time no type Buddy! If Burl Ives DIDN'T collaborate with Frank Luther, somebody's got to deepfake a collaboration.

Hi Mr. Oxford!
Hi Arvcuken!

Mr. Oxford:

Hi all!
  1:40pm
Mr. Oxford:

Hamlet's voice sounds to me like Will Ferrel doing Alex Trebek on SNL for some reason.
Avatar 1:41pm
Otis:

Hello Hello Rich and folks. Listening as I see a kitchen about a clean this afternoon.

You didn’t miss any pops or clicks?
  2:02pm
Arvcuken:

New genre: Gregorian Cybermonk
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:10pm
ironybread:

Buddy - I missed exactly 17 clicks. I shall never reveal where they are.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:11pm
ironybread:

Arv - indeed, and the head monk doing the narration, actor Stacy Keach, is even on Twitter
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:13pm
Zipperhead7:

Hi folks! Joining late; lost track of time. I was listening to a bootleg Marvin Gaye collection that proves conclusively he was, among other things, one of history's greatest ass men.
Avatar 2:14pm
Buddy Runyan:

“Nonesuch” was a budget label with more surface noise.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:16pm
ironybread:

Hiya Zip - sounds interesting, what's the name of the comp?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:19pm
Zipperhead7:

It's called "The Soundboard Collection" and was posted on the Bigozine2.com website awhile back.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:21pm
Rich in Washington:

What a wonderfully peculiar album.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:21pm
Rich in Washington:

Oh wow. BigOZine. There's a name I'd not heard in a while. I'd gotten some amazing things from there.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:24pm
Zipperhead7:

Here's a better link, from sugarmegs:
Set list: tela.sugarmegs.org...
Tracks in WMA format: ia801008.us.archive.org...
BigOzine has become increasingly problematic because the troll comments offend my delicate sensibilities

This is a really wiggy album, Ironybread. My wife just gave me a cross-eyed look. You never fail to amaze!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:48pm
Zipperhead7:

A friend had a Nonesuch LP from the late '60s. They sent him an erratum slip saying that the titles were reversed on the LP, and Side 1 was actually "Ping." It was like the abstract painting that hung upside down in the museum for several years.

i wanna watch die hard now
