	10:46pm dano59: @ultrad - a fair or definitive Kinks dic has yet to be made; i met Dave in '90 when they were still together; and still consider him a "diamond geezer". There's a Kinks fan Facebook page run by a guy on an apparent mission to run down Dave and diminish his contributions, but you can't call yourself a fan if that's your stance.

Neil Young bailed on Stills and CSN, repeatedly; Moe ciuldn't work with Lou when the VU reunited, etc. etc. Art is hard as a group effort. It's a wonder anyone stays together more than the Beatles' 9-10 years, and almost all of those that do have very thorny interpersonal histories.
