I noted that I had a coffee grinder, and that pancake batter basically is everything in bread plus eggs and milk. So I pulverized a few bread slices in the coffee grinder, stirred it in a bowl with eggs and milk - and made pancakes with that.

I noted that I had a coffee grinder, and that pancake batter basically is everything in bread plus eggs and milk. So I pulverized a few bread slices in the coffee grinder, stirred it in a bowl with eggs and milk - and made pancakes with that.
