As for allergies: I told someone how I can't get a buzz from alcohol, but I can get all the negative effects. She suggested I might be allergic to alcohol. But I looked up the side effects of such an allergy and none of them sound right. However, there are other people on the net who also report being unable to get a buzz from drinks. So it's not an unknown phenomenon. Anyway, it seems I gotta get my buzz from chocolate and sugar instead!

A bar near me, Judy's, has amazing tahini choc chip cookies, but the last time I took a stab at replicating them myself w/a random recipe found online, they were pretty eh. I was probably also using crummy tahini. Anyway, I just ate a bunch of the chocolate chips without actually making the cookies, LOL! ;)

I know that Scott. But for years I didn't, thus I suffered mightily. Last Summer I was overcome with desire for spaghetti. Fortunately I was at my mom's house and discovered an aged pinot noir in the dining room. I was in bliss! But I only drank one glass and let the rest turn to vinegar.
