We finally found one and asked $5 for it. This highway robbery infuriated her so much that she gouged a couple of pieces of furniture with her keys on the way out. At least she never came back

It was uncanny. But she seemed normal. When I packed up the mugs, she muttered over and over . . . "She must really like root beer floats . . . yep must really like milkshakes . . ." and smiling in sort of a special way. . . and I SO wanted to be like ". . . .you don't happen to be into Mr. Bean do you?"

From the devil family that had horn implants, to strange requests like "Do you have any triangular glass door knobs?" and the occasional celebrity (I sold Sally Struthers an old toaster once, and a bankers lamp to one of the guys in Neutral Milk Hotel). I felt right at home when I did a flea back in October and set up next to a lady who was selling glow-in-the-dark ashtrays she molded in the exact shape of her own vagina.
