My mom used to watch Graham religiously and I loathed that show. From what I remember it was due to thinking the food was disgusting. One recipe in particular stuck with me: Rose Petals Pancakes.

Graham Kerr! That takes me back! (Yes, as a tween, I used to watch "The Galloping Gourmet". He made cuisine interesting for me at that age. In fact, I even picked up his habit of drinking while preparing a meal, which I often jokingly referred to as "Kerr Syndrome".)

Becky played Rumles LTD. I met those guys in Omaha, Nebraska. They started out by cutting a great surf 45 so I knew about them from that. They were a popular cover band by the time I met them.

I was telling Becky that both "Elevator Operator" by Gene Clark and "Baby Don't Scold Me" by Buffalo Springfield were banished from their first vinyl re-issues in the '70s due to their "Day Tripper-type" riffs, which were outlawed in the '70s it seemed.
