Scratchy vanity 45s, pilfered field recordings, muddy off-the-radio sounds, homemade congregational tapes and vintage commercial gospel throw-downs; a little preachin', a little salvation, a little audio tomfoolery.

I enjoyed one our stable mates, The Sons of David. We did a lot of afternoon programs together. Frazier produced a secular side for my band in '68 ( Huey and The Bossmen, Altic Records). They sell for $400 on ebay. Frazier managed Clarence Fountain for a while. Ernest Frazier was Mr Personality. Respected by the quartet community. Died at 68 years old. Sent his son out for a pizza. When he came back he was dead. I really miss him. South Carolina native. He put out a lot of records with the Sons of David. " March on Dr Martin Luther King," was a local favorite.
