	5:19pm Marie: I really liked the first season--I thought it was a nice exploration of each of the therapies/healing methods they chose I didn't expect much really, just intrigued by Gwyneth, I guess. I have to admit that I am now into "Selling Sunset"--and I'm not proud of it but I find it really interesting and fun and escapist, and also kind of dumb and amazing, all at once. Mixing reality and made-up stuff is a very interesting mix--kinda demented if you think about it. I just saw something saying even a short, super short cold shower before your hot shower can be good for you...

Mixing reality and made-up stuff is a very interesting mix--kinda demented if you think about it.
