	♥ 1:27pm Daybreak’s being tested by the Universe!: Well fuck Not only does my 11 year old daughter have her second anniversary of Covid, second case of Covid, on the second anniversary of Covid, After I cleared my car of the snow and drove down to pick up the LUNA the wonder dog from her haircut, I blew out my passenger side tire pulling into a parking space by hitting the curb. There is no spare tire in these stupid modern cars, so I don't even have the option of changing a minivan's tire while on my 30° angle main st. Honda roadside assistance Has a tow truck now allegedly 30 minutes away. My amazing wife came to pick up the dog, give me my book, some tasty food, some water, and a power cord for my phone so I can keep on Accu-ing. If things don't go completely tits up then I still might be able to go to a brewery for my gentleman's book club sometime this afternoon. Particularly, since I scored a negative Covid test as of yesterday afternoon.

	2:28pm morphe': HH - sautéed red onion, garlic, chilis in cast iron, remove... cut tofu into cubes or so and brown all sides on a high flame = same skillet ... once browned, use a fork to mulch it into bits while still browning, eventually, put the red onion, garlic, chilis back and sautée. shut off and cover ... add the sauerkraut when cool and cover .. let sit, mixing every once in awhile for flavor... I am leaving for Madrid Tuesday or I would get some Comte' and make a Reuben !!!!

	♥ 1:27pm Daybreak’s being tested by the Universe!: Well fuck Not only does my 11 year old daughter have her second anniversary of Covid, second case of Covid, on the second anniversary of Covid, After I cleared my car of the snow and drove down to pick up the LUNA the wonder dog from her haircut, I blew out my passenger side tire pulling into a parking space by hitting the curb. There is no spare tire in these stupid modern cars, so I don't even have the option of changing a minivan's tire while on my 30° angle main st. Honda roadside assistance Has a tow truck now allegedly 30 minutes away. My amazing wife came to pick up the dog, give me my book, some tasty food, some water, and a power cord for my phone so I can keep on Accu-ing. If things don't go completely tits up then I still might be able to go to a brewery for my gentleman's book club sometime this afternoon. Particularly, since I scored a negative Covid test as of yesterday afternoon.

	2:28pm morphe': HH - sautéed red onion, garlic, chilis in cast iron, remove... cut tofu into cubes or so and brown all sides on a high flame = same skillet ... once browned, use a fork to mulch it into bits while still browning, eventually, put the red onion, garlic, chilis back and sautée. shut off and cover ... add the sauerkraut when cool and cover .. let sit, mixing every once in awhile for flavor... I am leaving for Madrid Tuesday or I would get some Comte' and make a Reuben !!!!
