Hey sw2442! I have Itchycoo Park on a 45 that I won on the radio, signed by a top Rhode Island DJ of the time. It's a promo with this song on both sides.
Avatar 6:09pm
WLSClark:

sw2442, I could NEVER understand how "Open my Eyes" was not huge in fall 68 and then flip side charts basically for 3 years at various times and even top 10 as Todd solo later. Its great but the original A is so superior.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:21pm

Andrew, that usually means OP is trying to rook me into some shady get-rich-quick deal. I do give him credit, as he was the one who brokered the deal for that town in Arizona to buy the London Bridge.

Avatar 7:17pm
WLSClark:

Gaylord, is there a job out there for paying to name a band???
Avatar 7:17pm
cometothesunshine:

Peter puts on a great show and has been a pretty nice guy in my dealings with him. Definitely a good guy.
Avatar 7:17pm
Minerwerks:

He was staying in the hotel and didn't even know Hereman's Hermits were playing there.
Avatar 7:17pm
Erica:

Awesome Minerwerks. He usually does backstage live streams before he performs on stage.
Avatar 7:17pm
Minerwerks:

I am told they performed "Daydream Believer"
Avatar 7:19pm
Erica:

Was that this past Friday? Because he streamed part of the concert (putting his phone in his pocket) so I could at least hear him sing it.
Avatar 7:19pm
cometothesunshine:

Minerwerks - he and Davy definitely had a luv/hate thing goin!

I wish, WLSClark! I've got dozens of 'em, each one as corny as the next.

Yay! Mockingbirds!!!
Avatar 7:21pm

Yes, they get along fine - Davy/Peter are/were both from Manchester and had a small rivalry - but nothing serious.
Avatar 7:22pm
Minerwerks:

They both have that showman gene!
Avatar 7:23pm

Parlophone 45s didn’t credit producers back then, Andrew?
Avatar 7:33pm
cometothesunshine:

No, they did not.
  7:33pm
Dennis:

I only have Parlophone EPS and LPs
Avatar 7:34pm

UK 45's up to a point. More often arrangers got credit than producers.
