I think the best way to ice that beast is to remove the cake from the pan, pour the icing into the bunt pan, return the cake until absorbed.

	♥ 12:40pm McGroovey: Syracuse had a good scene, also, but it was different from different. Syracuse music was/is more roots-oriented: blues-rock, countryish, jazz. There's a great Syracuse roots-rock band whose name slips my mind, similar to Los Lobos, I suppose. In the seventies and early eighties, Syracuse had a good pop-rock thing going, of which the last band standing is The Flashcubes/Screen Test. But Rochester has always had lots of great garage rock, and also lots of weird noisy "experimental" music of the sort that certain noise-loving WFMU people love

There's a great Syracuse roots-rock band whose name slips my mind, similar to Los Lobos, I suppose. In the seventies and early eighties, Syracuse had a good pop-rock thing going, of which the last band standing is The Flashcubes/Screen Test. But Rochester has always had lots of great garage rock, and also lots of weird noisy "experimental" music of the sort that certain noise-loving WFMU people love
