DRUM SOLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 9:27pm
Gurldoggie:

Amazing that someone had the presence of mind to record this in 1976. Did they know they were witnessing history in the making? Or just drunk on the Bowery with some extra tape?
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 9:27pm

Hahahaha
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:28pm

Thanks for sharing this recording, Jesse! Bill performed out here in Los Angeles recently and I had to miss. What do you use to record live shows?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:10pm
dj jj.:

thanks! made with a little handheld zoom recorder, which makes pretty decent sounding recordings of loud-ish music in small-ish rooms. every household should have one!
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 10:12pm
Gurldoggie:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:30pm
Chop Scott:

Zoom H2N is a fantastic quality recorder, and cheap for what it delivers.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:34pm
dj jj.:

i find that if the audience is quiet & the room is small enough & the zoom is recording at least partly real drums & not just PA-amplified drums, then the zoom can make really vivid recordings.
  10:34pm

Thanks Jesse, I’m hanging in there. Daniel Carter certainly helps
