Avatar 10:35pm MOM WHIG:

F2 taught them to iron shirts & sew buttons on too - their wives thank me
Avatar 10:37pm Fatherflot:

Avatar 🎸 11:05pm SF Sorrow:

Avatar 11:05pm Fatherflot:

Even my sister-in-law who is tonight attending a Sting concert though the Sonics we're cool.
Avatar 11:06pm MOM WHIG:

F2 hadn't really heard of them til 80's. I was still stuck back in time in 60's

Avatar 11:18pm MOM WHIG:

F2 - so will you play Dirty Water by Standells sometime
Avatar 11:19pm Fatherflot:

MW - Good for you. I'm finally finished with the intricate dough and batter preparations.
Avatar 11:20pm Fatherflot:

MW - I'm actually surprised that I haven't played the Standells yet. They've been a staple of the show going back to the mid 90s on WFHB - Bloomington.
Avatar 🎸 11:20pm SF Sorrow:

Does everyone have the Rolling Stone Encyclopedia of Rock & Roll from 1983? That is the book I used to learn so much from, and seek out LP's before the great internet

Avatar 11:21pm MOM WHIG:

Avatar 11:22pm MOM WHIG:

F2 Hit after Hit for the Bunny tonite
Avatar 11:22pm Fatherflot:

SF - No, but I had some kind of paperback by Lester Bangs when I was a teen that sent me off looking for outta print Velvet Underground, Stooges, MC5, and New Yawk Dolls records. All were out of print by the early 80s and I had to work hard to find scratchy copies of that shiznit.
Avatar 11:23pm MOM WHIG:

SF luv the White Whale Label
Avatar 11:23pm Fatherflot:

MW -- it's both amazing and depressing that an algorithm can become this good at selecting. As a human DJ, it can be a bit disconcerting.
Avatar 🎸 11:24pm SF Sorrow:

White Whale always brings to mind the Turtles MW!
Avatar 11:25pm MOM WHIG:

SF me two -- Luv The Turtles - we need more of them
Avatar 🎸 11:26pm SF Sorrow:

Don't be fooled F2!
The Bunny is really DA the DJ!!!
Just like the wizard of Oz
Avatar 🎸 11:27pm SF Sorrow:

Avatar 11:30pm MOM WHIG:

SF the Gants always a fave
Avatar 11:30pm MOM WHIG:

F@ this one reminds me of Herman Hermits Style
Avatar 🎸 11:30pm SF Sorrow:

A semi restrictive library perhaps helps keeps Bunny in the right neighborhood? I think he steals thoughts from other Real DJ programs too though!
Gants MW!

Avatar 🎸 11:36pm SF Sorrow:

I got my WFMU Lava lamp T shirt yesterday!
Fricken cool it is!
Avatar 11:36pm Fatherflot:

And the way human DJ's and their shows are incorporated in the whole thing with the chat rooms as a live happening -- just brilliant. I really want to know who figured this all out.
Avatar 11:37pm MOM WHIG:

SF glad you got it. Yes, the chat is BRILLANT
Avatar 11:37pm MOM WHIG:

Oh just saw on TV Blood Moon is happening this weekend
