Part of it is cause I'm watching an older anime right now called Bubblegum Crisis -- Think Jem & The Holograms but they wear cool iron man like armor, they fight killer cyborgs, there's an INSANLY wonderful 80s synth rock soundtrack, and there's a super bloody spin off series.
