Pops was a 79 years young drummer who played with Ellington way back when & he used to step up to the mike & sing "One Meatball" (same shuffle beat) from the 30's or maybe before). What a cool cat. Had his original maple set with real skins, no mylar for him. Played with brushes.

Pops was a 79 years young drummer who played with Ellington way back when & he used to step up to the mike & sing "One Meatball" (same shuffle beat) from the 30's or maybe before). What a cool cat. Had his original maple set with real skins, no mylar for him. Played with brushes.
