Late birthday gift to myself...one of a kind ring and some perfume oils. $260+, I paid for extra insurance and the guy only put on the standard $50. AND he's giving me a hard time saying he's a small business, no refunds...the USPS TRACKING says it was delivered but the delivery stamp is at a whack time and the USPS dispatcher even told me that it looks like a mis-scan. THEN the USPS closed my ticket without telling me "nope, can't find it" so I had to reopen the ticket yesterday. Package was supposed to be here Monday the 13th. Really bummed. Called today to make sure that new ticket got escalated.

I really hate the thought of having to challenge my charge on PayPal. I have a full paper trail, I KNOW I will get the money back if I ask, but I really want my package.

Consumer affairs. You have to have an open ticket number first. I have done this stupid dance with the USPS before and NEVER had a rep give me that number, so store it in your contacts. May come in handy one day!
