Things that break/broke it: work in disaster areas with questionable sanitation; getting my teeth fixed (Invisalign for months makes it impossible); the COVID! 🦠; and strangely, August. My nails always grow in August! Vacation & sun=💅🏻. I follow some fancy nail stylist on IG as well - that’s a lot easier than any of my list!

Things that break/broke it: work in disaster areas with questionable sanitation; getting my teeth fixed (Invisalign for months makes it impossible); the COVID! 🦠; and strangely, August. My nails always grow in August! Vacation & sun=💅🏻. I follow some fancy nail stylist on IG as well - that’s a lot easier than any of my list!
