Every October, WFMU conducts its Year-End fund drive (aka "the October Hellraiser"). It’s an off-air fundraiser conducted mostly on the interweb and via web and snail mail. We don’t make too big of a deal about it, but the Year-End fundraiser is important for us since it gets us over the hump of the winter months. Any donation is appreciated!

patrick321 - me too but mine is 800 sf - 2 huge walk-in closets - linen closet, 1 bathroom and then a 1/2 bath too. The closets are what saved me - from my big house that I sold 5 years ago.
