DENNY, saw the Temps in 1965 at the Tower Theater, 69th and Market Sts.in Philly, September of 1965. I think my college roommate and I paid 5 bucks each for a show that also featured Dyke and the Blazers("Funky Broadway"), the Five Stairsteps and Cubie("In a World of Fantasy") and three other acts. The Temps were ultra-impressive in their silver suits and singing into their custom 5-pronged microphone setup. Their choreography was incomparable, as always.

Yes! I saw the 5 original Tempations at a movie theatre turned venue on Route 4 in Paramus of all places. It was my second "show". The first was the Blues Project. An afternoon show at Palisades Amusement Park of all places!
