But - agree that stevia is bitter (takes getting used to), and monkfruit hits peoples palate’s different. I think sugar will always be taste king- but if i can concoct something that is 80-90% as good, i’ll take that trade

@DJ GUIN I saw a screening of Polyester when it came out in Smell-O-VIsion also! They handed out cards with 10 dots with numbers that you had to scratch and sniff when the number flashed on the screen. John Waters was there(Theater on 2nd ave and 12th?) and explained he went to 3M and they had a library of smells. Told them he was making a children's book!

@Francis: I learned more working at The Sub Base than in 4 years of HS. I was only supposed to work from noon till 4PM (a thing called work/study at the time), but the night manager liked my work ethic & I usually worked until 11PM. He taught me how to do the ordering, the nightly money reconciliation & supply ordering. Of course all this was done over a few Black Horse Ales. Good times.
