In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library."

I was so furious, and every person I spoke to could not figure out how to fix it. It took TWO AND A HALF MONTHS before I finally got a response, where they admitted that they fucked up, and gave me a free year of membership as a consolation prize. I swear I was going to lose my mind in those two months, though.

In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library."

I swear I was going to lose my mind in those two months, though.
