OMG! Cats are great climbers and leapers. I used to have a 10 or 11 foot tree when I lived in a loft, and the cats would get to the very top. If I had a table top tree, even worse!

Re: cats. Our guy just likes chewing the strings off of ornaments and crawling under the tree to be cozy. He’s otherwise pretty good, and I only have a pink tinsel tree and exclusively glass ornaments.

Oooh, nice, MOM! I have some very old vintage glass, and the rest is ‘modern’ from the last 20 years or so. But for newer stuff, I seek out weird and unique ornaments, which can be hard to replace. I have glass robots, a pizza chef, a jukebox, etc etc.

For the last few years I haven't put up a Xmas tree- I just keep buying those mini-pine trees plants and put tiny ornaments on them. The thing is they add up year after year so I have buncha of these same mini tree plants now😹

Here's the Deltones Ska info:
The Deltones were one of the few female ska/reggae bands in the United Kingdom. Formed in 1984 by members of The Body Snatchers Sarah Jane Owen(Guitar), Penny Leyton(keyboards) and ex-Delta 5 vocalist Jacqui Collins and keyboard player Sara McGuinness, the group went through numerous personnel changes during the half a decade that they were together. Their debut album, Nana Choc Choc in Paris, featured trumpet player Penny Leyton, saxophonists Anna Keegan and Nicky Ford, guitarist Serena Parsons, keyboardist Julie Liggett, bassist Angela Risner, and drummer Jeremy Brill. Vocal harmonies were furnished by Amanda Fenn, Dill Hammond, and Verona Davis. The group disbanded shortly after the release of their 2nd Album.
