Favoriting Hinky Dinky Time with Uncle Michael: Playlist from January 13, 2023 Favoriting

Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

I give pizza dough at least overnight, and found it does make a dif vs. just using it within 2 hours, but that extra days of aging in the refrigerator as some practice gives no further improvement. However, my batch is enough for 2 pizzas, so at least one of them ages at least another day anyway.
