	👻 9:32pm Austin Rich: On the subject of "Brief Musical Interludes": last season, we often did not have one, as Box 13 and The Scarlet Queen were both pretty close to 29 / 30 minutes each, with commercial breaks. As it happens, Bold Venture was made as a shorter show by a few minutes, to offer more flexibility for programmers. (Who wanted to slip in commercials, or a news break, or whatever.) So we will, most likely, alway have a musical break this season, as long as Bold Venture is in the line-up.

	👻 9:53pm Austin Rich: While it is unlikely that Bold Venture will ever be able to create the suspense that Shannon's character will ever actually be "dead," that edit and break was pretty effective, by OTR standards.
	👻 9:53pm Austin Rich: Though, like all movies / TV / and fiction, getting shot in the shoulder barely seems to affect Shannon. In reality: he would be out of commission for weeks, most likely.

	👻 9:56pm Austin Rich: Unlike The Voyage of The Scarlet Queen, Bold Venture is a little vague on what kind of boat it is, how big it is, how much space is below, etc. It's sort of depicted like the boat in the picture, but that wouldn't have space below, and certainly nowhere that Sailor and Shannon could talk without the bad guy hearing them.
	👻 9:57pm Austin Rich: True story: I fainted once. It was a whole ordeal: emergency room, at least two days of disorientation and feeling "off." And I only fainted. Like, there wasn't any medical issues or anything. I can only imagine if I was knocked unconscious, or shot in the shoulder.
