Itsa Little Stormy:

@Fox: I've been listening to a lot of biofrequency w the Solfeggio scale
  4:04am
Itsa Little Stormy:

Solfeggio frequencies are based on the tones that the monks created...vatican kept these music "frequencies" under wraps for 100s of years. The tones also match the tibetan monk frequencies, and have been found to resonate within our cells to help sleep, remove toxins, improve DNA, help anxiety, etc.....

They donโ€™t try hard enough to make us microshroomers feel at home. I was at a Messiaen performance (church organ concert) in a cathedral once, and it was one of the most amazing psychedelic experiences I ever had. Then, afterwards, I realised that I hadnโ€™t actually taken anything.

HarktheUmpire:

Absolutely! The way the sound traveled around that big space was incredible. It was a very old (11th century, I think), tall cathedral. You could feel the music, really sense it in your body. Messiaen's chords are so rich and alien-sounding, and then there are those parts where it all comes together in glorious, unexpected harmony... it was just an amazing emotional experience. Maybe especially so because I was there alone and there were maybe just five other people, so I didn't feel self-conscious. Either way, busy or not, if you ever get the chance to hear a Messiaen piece performed in a church, don't miss it.

Thanks for playing the whole requiem, by the way

I've been ready to skip the end of each track to minimize the dead space. There's at least 8 seconds of silence at the end of each track, and I am really pushing itwith the hour.

Not to second guess the genius of Mozart, but the end of the previous track feels more like an appropriate end.

The couple seated in front of me walked out after the 2nd scene of Wild At Heart recently. I can only imagine how long they would've made it with Tod Solondz' Happiness. Both are solid films, as far as I'm concerned.
