Both films deal with groups of school girls who mysteriously develop the urge to dance and end up fainting. Both films are worth checking out. The Falling also has a lovely score by Tracey Thorn.

The Falling is the first time I ever saw Florence Pugh and also stars the great Maxine Peake. The ending is a bit rushed, and I think The Fits is the more complete film, but I recommend both.
